Do Less

tl;dr: Do the simplest, next, right thing,

I've been working with a team for years, that has always said "do less".

I'm pretty sure it was originally a joke referencing Paul Rudd's character in Forgetting Sarah Marshall but it became a critical mantra for the teams consistent delivery on work.

Over-engineering or over-thinking is frustratingly easy. This team avoided that problem more often than not reciting do less.

What is the simplest thing that can be done to validate an idea, whats the simplest way to test it, does it need to be complicated, or does it just feel like it needs to be complicated?

Now for my tl;dr I've mixed in a little more ethical guidance from Anna of Frozen. Cause on top of doing less, sometimes we all need to be reminded to do the next right thing, because sometimes, you can't see all the way to your destination.
